Australian domestic orders are sent via Standard or Express Australia Post and take 1-2 or 3-5 days depending on your location. Standard charges apply.
International orders are also sent via Standard or Express Australia Post with lead time depending on your location and country custom.
Charges are relevant to your zoning matrix and do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties and delays, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking an order as a “gift”, even if an order is placed with the intention of sending it to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to contact your local customs offices.
Can I return or exchange my order?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your OBLYK product, please kindly follow the below steps to return or exchange. Please note that orders must be returned within 10 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds our subject to our terms and conditions outlined above.
In order to have your return or exchange authorised please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed explanation for your request. Our team will respond to requests within 24 hours of receipt.
All products must be returned to our Head Office, unworn and in their original packaging. This includes the leather case (not damaged or scratched), and sealed microfibre cloth. Please note that OBLYK reserve the right to reject a refund request if any of the items listed are returned damaged.
OBLYK do not offer returns or exchanges for any products bought as part of a discounted sale.
Returns/Exchanges should be sent to our Head Office address which will be provided upon receipt of return request. Please request tracking when sending your return/exchange.
In line with our returns policy, OBLYK are not responsible for any shipment costs incurred when returning or exchanging a product, even if the product was sent with free shipping.
